3. Shipping & Delivery
- At Josh Chemicals, we strive to ensure prompt and secure delivery of all orders. However, since deliveries are managed through third-party courier partners, the following terms apply:
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may change due to courier delays, local restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for such delays.
- Once goods are dispatched from our facility and handed over to the courier, the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, ensuring availability at the delivery location, and arranging any import/export documents if applicable.
- All orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier companies. Our role is limited to preparing, packing, and handing over goods to the courier in good condition. After dispatch, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies solely with the courier company.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, this option is offered only as a convenience. To confirm a COD order, customers must pay a 4% advance at the time of booking, which covers booking, packing, and handling charges. This advance is strictly non-refundable in cases where the customer provides incorrect/incomplete address details, refuses delivery, or is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- In situations where delivery issues arise due to courier-related problems outside the control of both the customer and Josh Chemicals, the courier company’s own policies and liability terms will apply. Customers may need to coordinate directly with the courier service for resolution.
- Please note that delivery dates are never guaranteed. All timelines are approximate and entirely dependent on the courier’s logistics network.
4. Product Information & Use
- While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and details, slight variations may occur.
- Our products are intended strictly for industrial, laboratory, or professional use only and are not meant for household or personal consumption.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended application.
5. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay 4% of the total order value in advance as a booking/security fee. This advance is non-refundable even if the order is canceled by the customer at a later stage.
- For online/prepaid orders, once payment is made and the order is placed on our website, no refund or cancellation is permitted for any reason.
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of verified damage or defect at the time of delivery, provided such issues are reported immediately before acceptance of the goods.
